Back Orders: itseasybeinggreen.com strives to maintain a 100% stock level at all times. However, exceptions do occur. In such cases, a customer service representative will alert you, via phone and/or e-mail, to the delay. If your original order met our free shipping requirements, broken-up orders will ship free of freight.

Returns:
No goods are to be returned to itseasybeinggreen.com without prior authorization covering specific items and quantities. Authorization applies only to unopened products. A minimum handling charge of 20% of the value of the returned item(s) plus freight will be assessed to all non-defective merchandise returned. Customers returning defective merchandise will receive credit for freight.
